Returns
You may return an item in its original condition, including all packaging, for a refund within
30 days of receiving - unless otherwise noted on the item page. Shipping & handling charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error. Include a copy of your invoice stating your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. If using a credit card, the refund will be credited to your account. If paying by money order or check, a refund check will be mailed to you in
4-6 weeks. We suggest you use UPS or Insured US Mail for the return. If there is any question,
contact us. Please note: Special orders
and large quantity orders cannot be
cancelled and will not be refunded.
