 This very handsome collared shirt features the NASA 'meatball' logo in fine, quality embroidery. The shirt is made of mercerized cotton, a fabric with a very rich feel to it. The definition we found: Mercerized cotton is sometimes referred to in the crafts as pearl or pearle cotton. It is cotton yarn or fabric which has been put through a series of processes, primarily to increase luster.
